How much does teleMom cost?
teleMom offers two membership options:
- $99/month – Text-only support
- $199/month – Text + Phone/Video, includes 120 session credits (used as needed)

What are session credits?
Session credits are your minutes for phone or video calls with a teleMom, whether it’s a scheduled call or a quick, spontaneous one. Each credit gives you one minute of conversation, so you can use your time however and whenever it works best for you.

What happens if I run out of sessions credits?
Whether you are on the standard or premium plan you are able to purchase additional session credits through your teleMom at any time or via the Plans and Pricing page by Clicking Here.

How do I start using teleMom?
Option 1: Sign up on our website, choose a plan, and get connected with a teleMom immediately.
Option 2: Simply text "START" to our number to connect to a teleMom.

Can I request a specific teleMom?
While we don’t offer direct selection of a specific teleMom, our model is designed for organic, meaningful connections. As you continue using teleMom, you may naturally develop a preference for certain teleMoms, and we do our best to match you with someone who aligns with your needs.

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer support at billing@telemom.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for partial membership periods unless required by law.
